Stretch was a band from NYC that I was a part of. This song was recorded live in a studio and done straight to mix, no tracking. I had the song as an .aiff file and used that recording to put this video together using files I had in my possession of the band playing live at varying NYC clubs coupled with varying other video snippets I had in stock.
Video
The footage in this video were clips I captured from older HI-8 video tapes which I own. This was done for the express purpose of these varying clips being used as visual props for a song our band recorded live in the studio. The original footage of these clips were all in NTSC sizings and which I then worked on and brought into HD dimensions for the sake of today's HD video standards. Video work included: sound (the original is a very dry recording and that was done so on purpose so I could build on it in a post-production capacity), video compositing, coloring, visual effects and editing. The video here is sized a bit smaller from its original size (1920x1080) for the convenience of this website. This was purely a personal band project and completed as a labor of love.
