Starnest was a real estate agency located on the east side of Manhattan and catering to the up-and-coming professional class as its demographic. I worked with Starnest on several projects including print based business cards and sales sheets. However, a large portion of what I completed for Starnest was the design and development of HTML assets for their realtors to use in their listings of available apartments on third party websites like Craigslist, Village Voice or anywhere that would speak to and reach their demographic. This had to be a very user-friendly process for their agents to utilize and serve as a no-thought tool for their listings on classified sites that could read simple HTML formatting, which is exactly what I designed and developed for Starnest and its reps.
Print Work
Starnest had me design business cards for their agents and reps which were two-sided. While there were several print jobs executed for Starnest, these are: business cards, DVD labeling, and sales collateral that I'm showing.

Web HTML Ads
My web work for Starnest was based on creating ads for the properties that they represented and making it so they could post on real estate sites and real estate sections of third-party websites such as Craigslist and local papers like the Village Voice's web classified section and have these images appear to represent their clients. The design of these images were all based on these properties' motif and branding at the time. I designed them all and provided Starnest with my own server space to host these ads. I then coded the HTML with each image and simplified it all in a Word document that agents and reps of Starnest could easily copy and paste into any classified web section and it would call up their listing and property from my server. I did quite a few of these, these are some of them. At the end is what a code page provided with clear instructions on how to use this code would look like; agent would copy from there and paste into classified sections and done, that's it. Click on any of them to view in full.
